Where signed forms live

What the customer sees when they fill it in, and where the signed form, its PDF and any photos or files end up on your side.

Filling it in

The link opens a page in your brand with the form on it. Answers save as the customer goes, so the same link picks up where they left off. Required questions and answer formats are checked when they press Sign, and the page names anything that needs fixing.

To sign, they type their full name and tick I agree, and draw a signature too if the form asks for one. Once signed, the form is locked, they get a PDF copy by email, and their booking page shows it as done. A customer with two services collects both forms on the one page.

On the booking

Open the booking: the Forms section shows each form as Signed or Not signed, always as it stands right now, with a link through to their signed forms.

On the customer's record

Open the customer and go to Forms. Everything they have ever signed is listed with the wording as it read at the time, and each one downloads as the same PDF they were sent. Photos and files they attached sit under the form they belong to, and in their Files tab as well, marked with the form's name. A form signed at older wording still shows, with a note that the form has since changed.

When a form comes back

The bell tells you the moment a form is signed. Under My notifications you can have it by email or text as well; both are off unless you switch them on.

Can a customer change their answers after signing?

No. A signed form is a record, so it is locked. If something needs correcting, send the form again from the booking or their profile and they sign a fresh one; both stay on the record.

Who on my team can see signed forms?

Anyone whose role can see the whole booking book. The forms hold health details, so they're never shown on the public booking page, and they're removed with your account if you ever close it.
