Yes. Start a new sale, add the products, and take the payment. Add a customer name or keep it a quick cash sale.
What if the count on screen is wrong?+
Do a stocktake: type the number you actually have and the count is corrected, with the date kept.
Do products count towards loyalty rewards?+
Yes, if your loyalty program rewards money spent. You can switch that off so only visits count.
