Does a package sale count in my takings?+
Yes, on the day it's sold, with GST. The visits it covers later add nothing, so the money is never counted twice.
What happens if they miss a visit?+
You decide when you build the package. If a missed visit uses one up, the customer is told when they buy, and you're reminded when you mark the no-show.
Can a customer book with their package online?+
Yes. Signed in, or from the button in their email, a covered service shows at $0 and one visit is set aside for it.
Can I bring packages across from my old system?+
Yes. The packages you sell come across with your price list, and the visits your customers still have come in from your old system's export.
Which plans include packages?+
Packages are on paid plans. Anyone who already holds a package keeps their visits whatever plan you're on. Every new account starts with 30 days of everything.
