What happens if I change a form?+
Anyone who signed the old wording is asked again next time they book a service it applies to. Their earlier signed form stays on their record exactly as it was. Switching a setting, such as the reminders, never asks anyone again.
Can a customer change their answers after signing?+
No. A signed form is a record, so it's locked. If something needs correcting, send it again and they sign a fresh one; both stay on the record.
Do customers need an account or an app?+
No. The link in their confirmation opens the form in their browser. Answers save as they go, so they can come back to the same link if they get interrupted.
Is health information safe?+
Every form carries a collection notice, signed forms are only visible to team members who can see the whole booking book, and everything is removed with your account if you ever close it. Nothing from a form is ever shown on your public booking page.
