Can a customer check their balance?+
Yes. Every gift card email has a link to the card's balance page. No account needed. Your desk can also check by typing the code.
Do gift cards have to expire?+
No. Choose three years, five years, or never. Australian law says a gift card must last at least three years.
Can I refund a gift card?+
Yes, while it's unused. The money goes back and the card is cancelled in one step. Once any of it has been spent, it can't be refunded.
What about GST when I sell a card?+
None at the sale. GST applies when the card is spent, on the visit it pays for.
Which plans include gift cards?+
Gift cards are on paid plans. A card that's already been sold keeps working whatever plan you're on. Every new account starts with 30 days of everything.
How much does it cost?+
