Most businesses arrive with a price list that already exists somewhere: on a website, in a PDF, on a printed menu, or on the platform they book through today. You don't have to type it in again.
Three ways in
Open Catalogue → Services and press Import your price list. Then choose whichever is easiest:
- Paste it. Copy the menu from wherever it lives - your website, a document, a spreadsheet - and paste it in. Names, prices and how long each takes are all it needs. Headings become categories.
- Upload a file. A CSV export, a PDF price list, or a photo of your printed menu. Files up to 3MB.
- Booking link. The page customers book you on now - Fresha, Timely, Booksy, Square and most others. We read the menu off that page. Nothing changes on their side.
Check before anything is added
You see every service we found in a list you can edit: tick or untick each one, fix a name, pick a category, set the length and the price. Anything we couldn't find is named on the row - "no duration", "no price" - so you can fill it in. A length we had to guess says so. Services already on your menu are left unticked, and lines that look like extras (a toner added to a colour, say) are unticked too, because add-ons live under Catalogue → Add-ons.
Press Add services and they're on your booking page, in their categories, with everyone on your team able to provide them. Change anything afterwards from the Services page as usual.
Undo
If the read went wrong, Undo this import takes it back out in one tap. Undo stays available for a week. A service that has been booked in the meantime always stays.
Every import you've run is listed on the import page, so "did I already bring that across?" has an answer.
We couldn't read my booking link. What now?
Some platforms hide their pages from anything that isn't a browser. Open the page yourself, select the whole menu, copy it, and use Paste it instead - it reads exactly the same way.
Do products and gift cards come across?
Not from here - this reads services only. Products have their own page under Catalogue, and gift cards are set up under Growth.
