Booking with you is meant to feel effortless, so a customer never has to call, wait, or make an account. Here's what happens on their side.
They book as a guest
A name and contact details are all it takes. Booking never depends on creating an account or remembering a password. Signing in is optional for them, and only adds conveniences like prefilled details, saved cards and a "my bookings" page.
The choices they make
- Who they see. Each team member has their own calendar and services, so customers can pick their person or take the first available time.
- Several services at once. Booked together, these become one appointment with one team member, back to back. Optional extras are ticked per service.
- Only real times. They only ever see times that are genuinely free, so a slot can't be double-booked.
The AI booking assistant
On your booking page, customers can type what they want in plain words, like "cut and colour Saturday morning", and get back real times to book. A few things worth knowing:
- It only ever offers your services at your prices in genuinely free slots. It can't invent a service, a price, or a time.
- If it's unsure, it quietly falls back to a simple search, so your booking page never breaks.
- The example suggestions customers see come from your own recent bookings, never from things other people have typed.
FAQs
A customer says they were shown a time but couldn't book it. Why?
If two people go for the same slot, the first to confirm gets it and the other is asked to pick again. A slot can never be double-booked, so occasionally that means someone saw a time that was taken a few seconds earlier. That's the protection working as intended.
Can customers reschedule or cancel themselves?
Yes, from the link in their booking email, within the notice window you've set. See Confirmations and reminders.
Can I take bookings at the desk too?
Absolutely. Phone and walk-in bookings take a few seconds to key in from your calendar, and they join the same book as online ones.
