Your booking page only offers times that pass every rule you've set, and four of those rules remove slots quietly. If your diary says a time is free but customers can't book it, one of these four is almost always the reason. Check them in this order.
1. Personal hours
A team member with their own hours follows those, not the business week. If Saturday isn't in that person's personal hours, their Saturday won't show, even when the business is open.
Check: open the team member in your dashboard and look at their working hours.
2. Buffer time
If a service has cleanup or reset minutes set, those minutes block the calendar after every booking of it. Customers never see the buffer; they just can't book inside it.
Check: open the service being booked and look at its buffer time.
3. The notice window
If you require a few hours' notice, times inside that window won't show. The same setting also controls how late a customer can reschedule or cancel themselves.
Check: your booking settings, for how far ahead a booking must be made.
4. Time blocks
Anything you've blocked out on the calendar, like a break or an errand, removes those times for that person.
Check: the calendar itself, for a block sitting over the time in question.
Still stuck?
If none of the four explains it, email us and we'll look at the specific day and service with you. It helps to tell us the date, the service, and which team member you expected to be available.
FAQs
The times bind my customers, but can I still book anything at the desk?
Yes. These rules shape what the public page offers; they don't limit you. At the desk you can book any time you choose, including ones the public page wouldn't show.
Why does a time disappear right as someone is booking it?
Someone else booked it a moment earlier. Availability updates instantly so a slot is never promised twice. See How your customers book.
