A birthday note from a place that knows you is a small, genuinely nice thing - and an easy reason to book some self-care.
When it sends
On the customer's birthday. It only knows the birthdays you've recorded - the day-and-month field on the customer's profile (never a year, so age never comes into it). Customers without one simply never get it.
Good to know
- Collecting birthdays is the whole trick: the field is right on the add-customer form, and the desk asking "when's your birthday?" feels natural.
- The default message includes your booking link, gently - "if you feel like celebrating with a little self-care" - not a discount demand. You can add a birthday promo code to the wording if you run one.
