BeNotely Intelligence

The layer that reads your own book and suggests the next useful thing, from rebooking at checkout to the Monday brief.

BeNotely Intelligence watches your own data and quietly suggests the next useful thing to do. Two rules sit behind everything it does: every suggestion is a fact plus one button, and nothing sends or books itself unless you've explicitly chosen that. It's part of the paid plans, and the trial includes all of it.

The rebook nudge at checkout

The moment you mark a visit completed, while the customer is still at the desk, a quiet prompt appears: "Book Priya's next visit? Priya comes in about every 6 weeks, so the next visit lands around Friday 29 August." One button opens the booking prefilled, same services, same person, the right week. You confirm a time and the next visit is locked in before they leave.

The rhythm is worked out honestly, from that customer's own history where there's enough of it, from your clientele's typical rhythm when they're newer, and from a sensible industry default until your book has taught it better. The wording always tells you which one it used.

The Today page

One screen of everything worth doing today: who's due back, which follow-ups are ready to send, what just opened up. Each row shows a preview of exactly what would go out, with Send and Skip side by side. The default is ask first, so suggestions wait for a human, and a skip is remembered so a "no" doesn't come back tomorrow.

Close out your day

A quiet strip on your Bookings page lists the day's unmarked visits. Mark the no-show exceptions, sweep the rest completed in one tap, and you're done. It takes thirty seconds, and it matters more than it looks: those marks are what everything above is built on.

The Monday brief

Once a week, owners and managers get the Today page by email: counts only, one button to act. A week with nothing worth doing sends nothing at all, because a brief full of filler is how briefs stop being read.

FAQs

Will it message my customers without me?

Not unless you tell it to. The default is ask-first: suggestions wait on your Today page for a human to send. If you switch a recipe to automatic, that's your explicit choice, and you can switch it back.

Is this the same as the AI booking assistant?

They're siblings. The AI booking assistant lives on your booking page and helps customers book. BeNotely Intelligence lives in your dashboard and helps you decide what to do next. Both read the same real data.

Where do the numbers come from?

Your own book, always. It deals in real counts and facts, never invented figures, and never dresses a general default up as knowledge about a specific customer.
