The By staff report shows how each team member's work adds up. Find it under Reports in the sidebar (owners only).
Pick a date range and you'll see, per team member: how many visits they completed, their takings (tips included) with tips also shown on their own, their average sale, how many of their visits came from new customers versus returning ones, no-shows booked with them, and their rebook rate. Team-wide figures sit on top - takings, the rebook rate, no-shows, new customers and utilisation - each compared against the period of the same length before it, with a bar chart showing who earned what.
Utilisation is the hours the diary held (completed and missed visits) as a share of rostered hours - each person's real roster for those days, including rotating weeks and one-off changes, with their time away and your closed dates taken out. Cancelled visits released their time, so they don't count against it.
A visit counts as a new customer's when it's that customer's first completed visit with your business, ever. A team member whose column leans returning is building your regulars.
The rebook rate
A customer who leaves with their next visit booked is the cheapest booking you'll ever get. The rebook rate counts a completed visit as rebooked when the customer's next booking was made within a week of that visit - at the desk on their way out, or from home a few days later. Either way, they came back without you chasing them.
It's a useful number per team member: rebooking at the desk is a habit, and this shows who has it.
What counts
Takings are attributed to the team member the booking was with, on the day the sale was recorded. Solo businesses see one row - the report still earns its place for the rebook rate and the month-to-month comparison. Export CSV downloads the table for the range on screen.
