The Booking page report answers the question every other report can't: what happened before the booking. Find it under Reports in the sidebar (owners only).
Pick a date range and you'll see how many people visited your booking page, how many went on to book, and your conversion rate - each compared against the period of the same length before it. Visitors are counted without cookies or anything personal, and visits from you and your own team are left out automatically (a footnote shows how many were excluded, so you'll know why your own test visits don't move the numbers).
Where people get to walks the booking steps - visited, chose a time, entered details, booked - and shows how many people reached each one. Every booking page loses some lookers; what matters is the trend, and any step where an unusual share drops away.
Where your visitors come from is the heart of it: visits and bookings by channel - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, your website, shared links, and more - with the booked value against each. Instagram taps are recognised even from the app's built-in browser, and TikTok visits are counted even though TikTok hides where its visitors come from. If a booking came through a link in one of your marketing sends, it shows under From your marketing with the send's name.
When people look shows the days and hours your page gets opened - darker means more visits. It's the best guide for when to post on social media or send a promotion: reach people when they're already looking.
A few honest notes: visit tracking starts from the day this feature arrived, so older date ranges have no visit history (your appointments themselves are all in the Appointments report); visitors who arrive with no signal at all - typed links, some messaging apps - are counted as Direct; and booked value is what was booked at the prices shown, while what was actually paid lives in the Takings report.
Export CSV downloads the channel table for the range on screen.
