The By resource report shows how much each of your rooms and machines is used. Find it under Reports in the sidebar (owners and managers), under Team & menu.
Pick a date range and you'll see a row for each one you have: how many bookings used it, the hours they used it for, and its Utilisation. One you have several of, like Room 1, Room 2 and Room 3, has a row for each, with the resource's name under it. Three tiles sit on top: the Busiest, the Hours booked across all of them, and the Bookings.
What counts
Completed and missed visits count; cancelled visits don't, since they gave the time back. Each part of a visit counts for the time it uses that room or machine, so a body scrub then a massage counts the scrub's time in the Vichy room and the massage's in the treatment room. A visit using two counts once for each.
Utilisation is the hours booked as a share of your open hours: your business hours over those dates, with breaks and closed dates left out. One that takes two bookings at a time is full at twice those hours. A room at 90% on a Saturday is a good sign you need a second one.
One you've archived keeps its row for any dates it was used, marked Archived. Export CSV downloads the table for the range on screen.
Why is a room's utilisation low when the calendar looks full?
The report counts the time each part of a visit uses the room, not the whole visit. A two-hour visit whose scrub takes 45 minutes uses the Vichy room for 45 minutes.
