Your booking page exists from the moment you sign up, but it opens to customers only when you press Go live. Until then, the link shows nothing, so you can take your time.
What has to be in place
Three things, and the Setup Guide ticks them off as you go:
- At least one service with a price and a length. See Add your services.
- Your hours. Set them, or press I'm happy with it to keep the standard week. See Set your hours.
- Your booking rules and cancellation policy, looked over once. The defaults are sensible; you only need to have seen them.
When all three are done, Go live moves to the top of Next up, and a banner on your calendar offers it too.
See it first
Press See your page first to open your page exactly as a customer will, before anyone else can. Check the names, prices and times read the way you want. Nothing can be booked from a preview.
Going live
Press Go live. From that second the link works, and the same dialog offers to copy it or share it. Nothing is sent to anyone; going live is quiet. You can take the page down again from Settings → Booking page any time.
What customers see
Your services with lengths and prices, who they can book with, the times you're open, and a short form for their name and contact details. No account, no app. If you take deposits, they pay at the end. They get a confirmation by email (and text, if you've switched that on), with a link to manage the booking themselves.
Sharing it
Your link belongs in your Instagram bio, on your Facebook page, on your Google Business Profile, and anywhere else people already find you. Share your booking link has the steps for each, plus a QR code for the counter.
My page is live but a day shows no times. Why?
Almost always nobody is bookable that day: the business is closed, the person is away, or their hours don't cover it. Why a time isn't showing on your booking page walks through it.
