Getting set up takes one sitting. The wizard walks you through six short steps, saves as you go, and hands you a live booking link at the end. Here's what happens at each step.
The six steps
- Business basics. Your business name, timezone, address and phone number. Your booking link is created from your name, and you can tap to change it. The street address is optional, so if you work from home or travel to clients, you can leave it off and your website will show your suburb only. The phone number is how customers reach you (landline or mobile, either works), and if you'd rather it didn't appear on your website, you can hide it there with one switch in the website editor.
- Brand. Add your logo and colour. Both are optional, and you can add them later.
- Services. Add at least one service, with a duration and price. A tip that saves cleanup later: if two versions of a service take different time or money, make them two services; small optional extras are add-ons; and if a price really depends on the consult, use a "from" price so the booking stays honest.
- Team. You're added as the first team member automatically. If you don't take bookings yourself, switch "takes bookings" off and add the people who do.
- Hours. Set one shared business week, and add personal hours only for anyone whose week is different. Someone with no personal hours simply follows the business hours, so most teams fill this in once.
- You're live. Your booking link works from this moment, and customers can book straight away.
You can go back and edit any step until you finish setup. Save and continue moves you forward, and Save changes banks your work and keeps you on the step, so tapping back never costs you anything you typed.
What to do next
- Put your booking link where customers already look. Your Instagram bio and your Google Business Profile are the two highest-value spots. See Share your booking link.
- Publish your website. It's drafted from what you just set up, so it's a few minutes' work. See Build and publish your website.
- Book a test appointment yourself, from the customer side, so you've seen exactly what your customers see.
FAQs
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every account starts with 30 days of the full product, no card asked, and lands on a free plan after that. See Plans, your trial and billing.
I'm stuck on the hours step. What's wrong?
Almost always, nobody is bookable on an open day. Check that at least one person has "takes bookings" switched on, and that your business week isn't fully closed. If a person has personal hours, those need to include an open day too.
Can I change my services and team later?
Yes, any time. After setup, the Services, Team and Settings pages in your dashboard are where you make changes; the wizard steps aside once you're live.
