Every account starts with everything switched on, then settles onto a real free plan. Here's how the trial, the plans and billing fit together.
The 30-day trial
Every new account starts with 30 days of the full product, no card asked. A slim bar in your dashboard counts it down for whoever manages billing, and there's no other nagging. When the trial ends, your account lands on the free plan: nothing is deleted, your booking page and website stay live, and the paid features simply lock until you upgrade.
What free covers
Online bookings and your full calendar for one person, your client book, your website on the benotely.com address, the AI booking assistant, and the email side of every notification (confirmations, reminders and the news that matters).
What the paid plans add
Deposits and card on file, all text messaging, campaign sending, the waitlist, your own domain, website analytics, BeNotely Intelligence, and your team.
Prices (all AUD, including GST):
- Solo $29 a month, one person.
- Team up to 5 people, $69 a month.
- Team up to 10 people, $99 a month.
Paying annually costs ten months. Team plans include 250 texts a month, Solo 100. Larger teams are arranged directly.
Upgrade, downgrade or leave
- Upgrade from any locked feature, or from Settings → Billing. It applies the moment you pay, and a mid-cycle change is prorated fairly.
- Downgrades keep everything until the end of what you've paid for, then land automatically.
- No lock-in contracts. Cancel any time, your data stays yours, and you can export your client book whenever you like.
What a downgrade never touches
- Nothing is deleted. Settings, staff, drafts, credits and history all wait for you.
- Money mid-flight is safe. Deposits already taken stay refundable, and cards already on file can still be charged for their booking.
- Extra team members aren't removed; they just stop being bookable online until your plan covers them again.
- Your customer-facing pages never look broken. Paid features are simply absent, never shown locked to customers.
FAQs
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. If you don't choose a paid plan, your account lands on the free plan. You're only ever charged when you decide to upgrade.
I chose a plan on your pricing page but my account doesn't show it.
That pick is just a reminder to preselect your plan at upgrade; it never charges you, and everyone's trial is the same. You'll confirm the plan (and pay) from the Upgrade page when you're ready.
What happens to my text credits if I downgrade?
They're frozen, not lost, and thaw again the moment you're back on a paid plan.
