Website Pro

Add pages of your own, dropdown menus, your own colours, forms, FAQs, videos, before and after photos and more to the website every plan includes.

Every plan includes a complete website with online booking. Website Pro enhances it with advanced builder features, for $20 a month on Solo or Team.

What Website Pro adds

  • Pages of your own. In the website editor, open Pages & menu, choose Add page, then Blank page. It starts with a Banner holding its name, and you add sections to it like any other page. A website can have up to 30 pages.
  • Dropdown menus. Add dropdown puts a name in your menu, such as Information, with pages listed under it. On a page, ⋮ › Move into the Information dropdown puts it there, or drag the page onto the dropdown. Move out of the Information dropdown brings it back. Removing a dropdown keeps its pages: they go back into your menu.
  • Colours. In Site settings › Colours, the Header and Footer can each be Light, Dark, your website colour or a colour of your own. Each section's Background does the same, with Tinted too. Your colours lists the colours on your website and the ones you picked last.
  • A contact form. In Add section, Forms has a Contact form for any page. Or switch on Contact form in your Contact section to put one beside your details. Choose which boxes it shows and which are required, add up to 5 questions of your own, and set Send enquiries to, the email address its enquiries go to. Each form can send to a different address.
  • A newsletter sign-up. In Add section, Forms also has a Newsletter sign-up for any page. Visitors give their first name, last name and email, and the form tells them whose emails they'll get and that they can unsubscribe at any time.
  • FAQs. In Add section, Text and photos has FAQs for any page: up to 20 questions, each opening to show its answer, in the order you set. A question shows on your website once it has an answer.
  • Video. Text and photos also has Video: paste a link to a video on YouTube or Vimeo, as you'd copy it from the video's page or its Share button. It shows with a play button and plays on your page. Nothing loads from YouTube or Vimeo until a visitor presses play, and your website's privacy page tells visitors so.
  • Before and after. Text and photos also has Before and after: up to 3 pairs of your own photos, each a before and an after. Each pair can have a caption. Choose Slider, which visitors drag across to compare, or Side by side. A pair shows on your website once it has both photos.
  • Three photos. Three of your own photos side by side, also in Text and photos.

Enquiries

Every enquiry is emailed to its form's Send enquiries to address and listed under Enquiries on your Website page, newest first. The email names the form and its page, and Reply in your email app answers the person who sent it.

Open an enquiry to see what they sent. From there you can:

  • Email them, or Call them if they left a mobile.
  • Add as customer to put them in your customer list. Someone already there with the same email isn't added twice: only a missing mobile is filled in. The enquiry goes on their profile as a note. Marketing stays off, as asking a question isn't agreeing to marketing emails.
  • Delete enquiry to remove it for good.

Each form checks that a person, not a program, is sending it, to keep spam out of your inbox.

Newsletter sign-ups

Everyone who signs up joins your customer list with marketing on, in a group called Website newsletter, so your campaigns can reach them. A note on their profile says which form they signed up through, and you get an email about each person who joins, sent to the Send to address on the form. Turn off Get an email for each sign-up there if you'd rather not get them. Someone already in your customer list with the same email isn't added twice: they join the group and their marketing is switched on, and if you'd archived them, they're back in your customer list. If that address unsubscribed from your emails before, they get an email asking them to confirm it was them first, so nobody can sign someone else up.

On your Website page, the report shows your sign-ups beside Bookings from your website, for the days you pick, split into new and existing customers. See who opens your customer list on the group. You can rename the group, and sign-ups keep joining it.

  • YouTube: open the video and choose Share under it, then Copy. In the YouTube app, tap Share, then Copy link.
  • Vimeo: open the video in your library and choose Share, then Copy link.

Paste it into Video link in your Video section. The video plays on your website when it's Public or Unlisted on YouTube, or Public, Unlisted or Embed only on Vimeo. A Private video won't play.

A video never starts by itself: it plays when a visitor presses play. When it ends, your website shows its cover again rather than more videos.

Try it in your draft

Everything marked Pro works in your draft and the preview straight away. The first time you use one, a window shows what Website Pro adds. When you publish with Pro parts in your draft, they're listed and you choose how to go on:

  1. Publish without them publishes everything else. Your Pro parts stay in your draft, and they go live the moment you add Website Pro, without publishing again.
  2. Choose a plan on your trial, or Upgrade plan on Free, opens the plans with Website Pro ticked.
  3. Add to plan on Solo or Team adds it straight away: you pay for the rest of this billing period, and your changes publish once it's paid.

You can also add it in Settings › Billing.

Without Website Pro

Your live website shows without its Pro parts. Your own pages leave the menu, and their links open your home page. A dropdown's pages show in the menu on their own. Your header, footer and sections take your template's look, and your contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, and FAQs, Video, Before and after, and Three photos sections leave the website (enquiries already sent stay on your Website page, and people who signed up stay in your customer list). Nothing is deleted: add Website Pro and they're back on your live website.

FAQs

Can I try Website Pro before I pay?

Yes. Everything marked Pro works in your website's draft and preview, so you can build with it first. It goes live once Website Pro is on your plan.

What happens if I remove Website Pro?

It stays on your plan until your renewal. After that, your live website shows without its Pro parts. Nothing is deleted, so adding it again brings them back.

Is it included in my trial?

You can try it in your draft during your trial. To put it on your live website, choose a plan and add Website Pro.
