Open anyone from Customers and you're on their profile: contact details at the top, honest numbers underneath, and everything that has happened between you in tabs.
At the top
Their name, mobile and email, and how long they've been a customer. Three actions sit beside them: Ask for a form, Send a message and New booking. The menu next to those edits their details or archives them.
The numbers
- Visits. Past bookings that weren't cancelled. A no-show doesn't count as a visit.
- Total spent. What they've paid you through BeNotely, online and at the counter, with how much of it was paid online.
- No-shows. Booked and didn't come, marked by you.
- Last visit, with their next booked appointment underneath when they have one. A date that came across with your customer list shows here until their first visit with you.
The tabs
- Bookings. Every visit on their record, newest first, with how each was booked and any money paid online.
- Messages. Every email and text your business has sent them, with its delivery status. Open one to see exactly what they received.
- Files. Documents kept on their record: scanned consents, photos, a doctor's letter. See Files on a customer's record.
- Forms. Every consent or consultation form they've signed, with the PDF. See Where signed forms live.
Down the side
- Groups. Your own segments, such as a colour club or a bridal party. See Customer groups.
- Usual services. What they book most, counted from their visits.
- Loyalty. Whether they're in your program and how close they are to a reward, with a Join button for anyone who isn't. See Loyalty.
- Referral link. Their own link to share, when your referral program runs. See Referrals.
- Marketing. Whether they've agreed to receive offers and news. Switch it off and campaigns skip them; notes about their own appointments still reach them. See Texts and consent.
- Notes. Anything worth remembering, such as an allergy or that they prefer quiet appointments. Private to your team; customers never see them.
What does archiving a customer do?
Takes them out of your list and searches without deleting anything. Their bookings, messages and forms stay on the record, and you can unarchive them any time.
