In their words

From people using BeNotely

Real quotes from real people.

My barbershop never had a website. It always felt like a big, expensive job, so it just never happened. With BeNotely I built one myself and it was genuinely easy. Now I send everyone to the site, and the bookings come through it, even from people who found us online.
Chiggy

Barbershop owner

Before BeNotely, half my day was phone bookings. Now clients book themselves online, everything sits in one calendar and the reminders go out on their own. Day to day, the salon is just easier to manage.

Questions, answered

Getting started, pricing and the fair print, in plain words.

What's the catch with software that takes commission?+

There isn't a catch so much as a trade. Software funded by marketplace commission earns more when it sends you customers, so the platform has a reason to keep your customers looking at the platform. BeNotely earns from your subscription, not from commission on customers, so we only do well if the software itself is worth paying for. Your customers are simply yours.

Does BeNotely have a marketplace?+

No. Your business isn't listed beside competitors, and you don't pay a commission on a customer. Your booking page and website are your own, and everyone who books through them belongs to you. You win new customers through your own website, your Google listing and your own marketing, and you keep everything they spend.

Does BeNotely charge commission on my bookings?+

No. BeNotely charges no commission on your bookings, on any plan. You pay a flat subscription, or nothing at all on the free plan. Online payments cost Stripe's fee of 1.65% + 30c each on Australian cards, with nothing added by BeNotely, and the rest lands in your own account.

Can I bring my customers and bookings across?+

Yes. Import your customer list from your old system's export or a spreadsheet, including when each person last visited. You can import your services, past and upcoming bookings, gift cards, packages and products too. Duplicates are skipped, nobody is sent a message, and your customer list exports whenever you want it. What does BeNotely cost?+

There's a real free plan for one person: online bookings, your website and the AI assistant, no card required. Paid plans start at $29 AUD a month for one person taking bookings and from $69 for a team, GST included. Every new account starts with 30 days of everything switched on.

Can I try BeNotely before I decide?+

Yes, and without a card. Every new account starts with 30 days of everything switched on, so you can set it up properly, take real bookings and see how it fits your business before paying anything. There are no lock-in contracts and you can cancel any time.

Is BeNotely built for Australia?+

Yes. It's built in Melbourne, and it shows in the details: pricing in Australian dollars with GST included, SMS to Australian mobiles, support from people who know the local market, and your money paid into your own Australian bank account.
