Why BeNotely

Why businesses choose BeNotely over Booksy

Three differences that show up in how your week actually runs, and you can see all of them for yourself in 30 days.

New clients you don't pay for

Booksy runs a consumer marketplace, and its promotion feature charges a commission when the marketplace sends you a new client. BeNotely has no marketplace, so whoever finds you through your own website, your Google listing or a friend's recommendation is simply yours, on the first visit and every one after.

A price that doesn't grow with your team

Booksy charges a monthly fee for your first team member and a further fee for each person after. BeNotely is priced by plan, so a second or third pair of hands doesn't multiply what you pay.

A website that's actually yours

You get a full business website on your own domain, drafted from your own services and photos, with booking built into every page, rather than a profile inside someone else's app.

Questions, answered

Getting started, pricing and the fair print, in plain words.

Does BeNotely have a marketplace like Booksy?+

No, and that's deliberate. Your business is never listed beside competitors and you never pay a commission on a client, however they found you. Your booking page and website are your own, and everyone who books through them belongs to you.

Does BeNotely charge per team member?+

No. Our paid plans are priced by tier rather than per person, so adding a second or third team member doesn't multiply your bill. There's a real free plan for one person, and team plans are a flat monthly fee from $69 AUD with GST included.

Does BeNotely charge commission on my bookings?+

Never. BeNotely takes 0% of your bookings on every plan. You pay a flat subscription, or nothing at all on the free plan, and when a customer pays a deposit that money is yours and lands in your own account. We earn from the subscription, never from a cut of your work.

Can I bring my existing clients across?+

Yes. Adding a customer takes seconds per person and a name alone is enough to start a record, with the details following later. Your client book also fills itself as you go, because a record is created the first time anyone books. And nothing is ever locked in: your client book exports whenever you want it.

Can I try BeNotely before I decide?+

Yes, and without a card. Every new account starts with 30 days of everything switched on, so you can set it up properly, take real bookings and see how it fits your business before paying anything. There are no lock-in contracts and you can cancel any time. Every new account is also offered a free 15-minute setup call if you'd like a hand.

Is BeNotely built for Australia?+

Yes. It's built in Melbourne, and it shows in the details: pricing in Australian dollars with GST included, text messages to Australian mobiles, support from people who know the local market, and your money paid into your own Australian bank account.
