Matilda Hayes spent fifteen years in city clinics before renting the little cottage at 27 Latrobe Terrace in 2021. The plan was one room and a facial bed; Paddington had other ideas.

Hazel now runs two rooms and a waitlist, but the founding rules haven't moved: no treatment you don't need, no product you won't use, and nobody rushed out the door mid-glow.

Zoe joined in 2023 and brought the machines. Biscuit the studio dog was here before everyone and behaves accordingly.
