Bec Sullivan opened Flutter & Co in 2019 after too many clients arrived with lashes wrecked by heavy sets and rushed infills. The lounge runs on one promise: your natural lashes leave every appointment as healthy as they arrived.

That means honest set recommendations, isolation done properly even when it's slower, and a removal service we'd rather you book than a set you'll regret.

The card file started as a joke and is now the lounge's brain: every client's curl, length, sensitivity and coffee order, updated every visit.
