Permanent deserves pedantic
Ines Castillo has one rule for cosmetic tattoo: if it's going on a face for years, the decision deserves more time than the procedure. Every feathering starts with a full mapping session, colour tests against your skin's undertone, and a cooling-off period we insist on.
The studio is licensed for cosmetic tattooing, run to hospital-grade sterilisation standards, and small on purpose. Two artists, one face at a time, no franchise playbook.
